Rodrigo Dupouy Bunster
Founding Partner
Prior to Dupouy & Mendez, he worked as a representative of Sibille Outillege y Fameca for Chile and Peru; and performed his professional practicum at the World Commerce Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.
Lawyer from the University of the Andes, Santiago, Chile.
He earned a Diploma in «Law and Institutions of the European Union», from Universidad de los Andes, Santiago, Chile.
Master’s degree – LLM, from the University of the Andes, Santiago, Chile.
Publication: «Legal Framework for a Service Subsidy Agreement at the World Commerce Organization», NGO ICTSD with headquarters Geneva, Switzerland, for the Ministry Conference of Hong-Kong-China of the WTO, in 2005.

Alejandro Méndez Monsalve

Prior to Dupouy & Mendez Alejandro Mendez worked as consulting lawyer at the Banco de Santiago; then as a partner in «Servicios Legales Ltda», providing legal services to the Banco Santander Leasing – Santiago.
His work is mainly focused in Corporate and Banking Law.
He has a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Law School.
He earned a Diploma in Tax Planning Law, at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.

Laura Argüello García-Pertusa
Associate Attorney
Avocate aux Barreaux de Paris et Madrid
Lawyer at AGP and Associates in Paris, specializing in the creation and development of companies and International investments. She specializes in oversight and international corporate law. Associate Lawyer at Dupouy & Mendez since April, 2012.
She earned a Diploma in Spanish-French Law at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid. She entered the Bar Association in May, 2009.
She earned a Diploma in French Law at the Faculté de Sceaux in Paris, to obtain her exam to become a French Attorney in April 2011, and from that moment has been a member of the Bar Association of Paris.

Alejandra Peña
Associate Attorney
Alejandra joined Dupouy & Mendez in 2015. She has worked in the area of Mining, Corporate and Water Law.
She focuses her practice on the area of Corporate Law, Commercial Law and water Law.
